LUCY

I’m sharing my 3D character of Lucy (Dracula), based on an illustration by Joshua Black, one of my favorite artists, whose talent and knowledge I deeply admire. This project is a reinterpretation of a model I created a few years ago while I was studying my Master’s degree. Over time, I realized I could take it much further, so I decided to remake it from scratch—rethinking shapes, proportions, and expression until I felt truly satisfied with the result. The illustration deserves it, and so do I.

This time, I also gave myself the opportunity to make it fully hand-painted, something I had been wanting to explore for a long time. Painting and sculpting are two things I genuinely enjoy, and combining them within the same project has been especially enriching from a creative perspective.

Thanks to everyone who provided feedback and support throughout the process (especially to Belmonte, whom I’ve probably tortured day and night asking for feedback xd). Any constructive criticism is always welcome. I hope you enjoy the post!!
